Say the word ‘Cheese’ and the first thing comes to your mind is surely the layers and smooth topping which melts in your mouth and give you pleasure.
This post is for all the cheese lovers out there like me because “It makes you happy”. The taste of cheese is so relaxing for me. I can literally crave for cheese every other day. Name a person who didn’t like fries. Obviously, everyone loves fries. Fries and cheese lead me to treat myself with ‘Pizza Fries’. This is the way through which I could easily satisfy my cheese and fries hunger. I wanted to make something which full my tummy and my intentions also… Ahhhh! Because it is the most difficult thing to do…
That why I try Pizza Fries.
I am sharing the recipes, which I use, with you guys. Do give it a try, if you are cheese and fries lover like me.
Ingredients
- Mozzarella cheese 200 g
- Potatoes 3 (Cut into finger slices)
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- One Onion (chopped)
- Black Pepper Powder as to taste
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Green Olives as You Required
- Capsicum as You Required
- Tomato as You Required
Method
- Mix potatoes and corn flour in a bowl and rest it for 2-3 minutes. Now heat the oil and fry it.
- After frying, take the dish/bowl in which you want your fires to be presented and add a layer of fries in it.
- Now sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, olives, tomato, capsicum, onions, red chili powder, oregano and black olives on it.
- And another layer of fries and repeat the 3rd step.
- Now add grated cheese on the top and make sure to add a lot of cheese.
- Sprinkles oregano and microwave it for 1 minute (let the cheese spread all over fires).
- Now your pizza fires are ready.
